I may have a solution for you to add a front hitch to your 2003 Ford F-250, but there is not a front hitch available that has the ability to carry over 500-lbs tongue weight. With that said, if you still wanted to add one you could use the Draw-Tite # 65022 to add a front hitch and it would give you a durable front hitch with 500-lbs of vertical load strength.

I have a solution for you, but we do not recommend mixing base rails and frame brackets from different manufactures. Unfortunately Valley went out of business, so we do not have any frame brackets or hardware available.

Thank you for the photo of your Ford F-250's trailer wiring that has a square OEM connector o one end and both 4-pole and U.S. Car (round) connectors on the other end.
We do not have this exact part (it may be OEM) but we do have wiring items with that square connector, such as 7-way # 40167 and 4-poles # C55265. These could be piggy-backed together to give you both connectors active at once.

The gauge size in Air Lift kits like # AL25856 is designed to fit most custom pillar pods or dash mounts but they do not offer custom pillars or pods. If you're wanting to pull a fifth wheel trailer using a truck that's already equipped with a gooseneck hitch, there are plenty of options. If your gooseneck hitch is a B&W brand Turnover Ball, I'd recommend the # BWRVK3500 Companion for long bed trucks or the sliding version, part # BWRVK3400 for a short bed Ford Super Duty.

To measure the length of your truck bed, measure from the front of the bed rearward to the rear edge of the bed (not the end of the tailgate). If you have the 6-1/2 foot bed, you will need to use a sliding fifth wheel hitch to provide additional clearance between the front of the trailer and the rear of the cab during low speed maneuvering. It is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65022 that like you mentioned comes out through the bumper instead of underneath it. We do have 7-way wiring harnesses intended for use in the bed of a pickup for either a slide-in camper or a 5th wheel trailer. Harness # C56000 that you referenced is a suitable option. This kit plugs right in at your bumper-mounted factory 7-way (which will remain fully active, by the way) and provides 10-feet of additional slack to let you plug in your Lance camper.
